Spaceathon
Spaceathon is an event organized by Dynamic Ipeiem club , the event contains a diversty of activities . The event will include a competition between students that will be themed about space
Context
Every year, 30 projects are initiated by the European Union in the field of space, each project has a budget of 1 to 5 millon €, they are financed by the European Commission .
With duration of 2 to 4 years, these projects are initiated around the month of november and are plemented in the frame work of Horizon 2020 and soon under Horizon Europe.
ACTORS
A project typically involves at least 3 EU members or associated countries (Tunisia is an associated country) and diffirent participants (industries, research centers, SMEs).
One entity; the coordinator manages the full.
This is an apportunity to apply in one of these projects.
TOPICS
The projects of the European Commission range from electrical propulsion to the fabrication of a battery, a solar panel, a prototype of a robot to image processing to extract the amount of phytoplankton in the oceans.

THE COMPETITION
* 20 teams will present the last innovation in space through an analysis of the website of a project.
*Each team will be made of 2 to 3 people, they will initially select a project and understand its goals.
*Each team will prepare two presentations regarding the project : one presentation of 5 minutes and an other of 3 minutes in pitching approach.
*The rules and the expected content of the two presentations will be announced in the morning of the event, it is expected that the minimum will to present is the what? Why? How? of the project.
*Every team will have 4hours to prepare their presentations.
*Two separated juries will be attending the presentation in the afternoon.
*The presentations will be recorded and put on the page and will be sent to the Consortia who are implementing the projects.
*Every jury will give a prize.
Also
The event will also include other activities for whoever attending it and not participating in the competition .
Before the debute of the competition, Dr Mekaoui Sabri will have a speech .
After the presentation, and announcing the winning teams, we will throw a party animated by a DJ.
At night :
* a nocturn observation
* projection of astronomy related movies.
* other fun games.
